We live in an increasingly volatile world and leaders play a crucial role in managing change and ensuring that staff are equipped to meet new and increasing demands. The Ibec HR Update survey (October 2016) found that 'leadership development training' was the number one planned area of HR investment for organisations in 2017. Consistent with an increased focus on talent management and skills, the development of high performing leaders is now recognised as a key investment by organisations.
