Technology Ireland with Bank of Ireland are delighted to welcome Steve Blood, VP Analyst at Gartner to present research insights on customer service and how support organizations must deliver consistent, effortless, intelligent and personalized customer service experiences, regardless of channel.

There is a growing need and opportunity for businesses to understand how to manage customer experience using the latest technologies – speech analytics, sentiment analysis, interactive voice response, chat bots, and natural language processing, to ensure they can exceed customers’ expectations. Historically, this technology may have been the preserve of larger companies, however with the advent of contact centre as a service (CCaaS), consumption based models are enabling companies of any size to access these technologies.
